Pomerol, Château Montviel 2004

	Robert Parker: ”An up and coming Pomerol owned by Madame Pere-Verge, also the new owner of Chateau Le Gay (I expect terrific wines to emerge from that partnership), this is the finest Montviel I have yet tasted. A deep ruby/purple color is accompanied by a rich bouquet of black fruits, licorice, vanillin, and smoke. Medium to full-bodied, with excellent concentration, fruit, and purity, its supple tannin and velvety finish suggest it should be consumed over the next decade”.
